Our regulatory status
Meritus Advisors LLP is the investment manager of the Meritus India Fund, a Category III Alternative Investment Fund registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India under registration number IN/AIF3/24-25/1654.
Registration with SEBI does not mean that SEBI has approved or endorsed the Fund, its strategy, or the accuracy of anything on this website, and it is not a guarantee of the Fund’s performance.
Our registered office is at TBQ Suite 514, One World Center, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400013.
Who this material is for
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, an interest in any fund, and nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice. It does not take account of any particular person’s objectives or circumstances.
An investment in the Fund is available only to investors who are eligible under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, and is made solely on the terms of the Fund’s private placement memorandum and subscription documents. Where anything on this website differs from those documents, the Fund Documents prevail.
